This website, its content, and every RHP document-analysis tool provide general information and structural document review only. Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with RHP Law, P.C. is formed only by a signed engagement agreement.

Tool outputs

Analysis tools describe document structure — what appears on a document and in what form. They reach no conclusions about any person's legal rights or claims, and their output is not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney. If a tool's output matters to you, have a lawyer look at the underlying document. Documents you submit are handled under the Zero-Custody Protocol in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Upload only documents you have the right to process.
• Do not attempt to overload, probe, or interfere with the site or its services.
• Do not use the tools to provide services to third parties without RHP Law's written permission.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the analysis tools (including their methodology) are the property of RHP Law, P.C. and are protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer them.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site and tools are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RHP Law, P.C. is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or tools.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute arising from them belongs in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

Updated terms are posted here with a new effective date; continued use after posting is acceptance.
