Data Deletion

Most of what our tools touch was never kept in the first place.

Documents run through our analysis tools

There is nothing to delete. Under the Zero-Custody Protocol, documents are processed in memory, never stored, and destroyed in the same request that analyzes them. We could not produce a copy of your document if you asked for one — that is the point.

Information you submitted through a form

To delete your name, contact details, or notes you sent through the intake wizard, a tool's contact form, or email, write to rob@rhp.law with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and the name and contact information you used. We aim to confirm within 10 business days.

One law-firm caveat: professional-responsibility and records rules sometimes require a law firm to retain certain records (for example, conflict-check entries or client-matter files) even after a deletion request. Where that applies, we will tell you what must be kept and why, and delete everything else.
