- Email correspondence: Any information you include in emails sent to rob@rhp.law or other firm addresses.
- Client portal: Credentials and communications submitted through the secure client portal (hosted separately via Google Apps Script).
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, browser type, device type, and referring URL — collected via Firebase Hosting analytics.
- Log data: IP address, access times, and pages requested, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Google Firebase).
- Cookies and local storage: We use browser localStorage solely to remember your accessibility preferences (font size, contrast, motion settings). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Social Media Integration Data
When RHP Law uses automated tools connected to social media platforms (including Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram) for outreach, scheduling, or content distribution, we may receive:
- Public profile information associated with interactions on those platforms
- Message content when you communicate with us through a platform's messaging feature
- Engagement data (likes, shares, comments) on firm-published content
We do not sell, rent, or share social media data with third parties outside of what is required to operate our communications tools.
